Discretion - We
have a wide and varied contributorship. Some of our members are very
out about their lifestyle while others are not. Discretion is
absolutely necessary. Please don't approach others from the group in
public. They may be with friends, family or business associates who
are unaware of their interests. What you hear or see at Impact stays
at Impact.
Safewords - The
club safeword is safeword unless you and your play partner(s) have
negotiated another word.
Harassment - No
means no. It is our goal to make all guests feel welcome and
comfortable. If someone says no, respect their answer and
move on. If a guest feels pressured or uncomfortable they
should seek a member of management, a dungeon monitor or the door
person to help resolve any issues.
Dungeon Monitors
- Dungeon monitors are responsible for insuring the safety of our
guests, maintaining order, and providing the appropriate setting for
play. Dungeon monitors have the right to stop a scene, ask
people to lower their voices and many other things. They are
also there to assist you if you need help. So please don't
get upset with them, they are doing their job.
Recording Devices
- You must contact us in advance if you are interested
in making memories of your visit to Impact or are interested in
using the space for a photo shoot. Cameras (Including cellphones
with cameras), video cameras or other recording devices
are are not allowed unless you have received permission from
management.
Cellphones -
Cellphones are not permitted in the play areas and camera phones
cannot be used at any time.
Alcohol and Alcoholic Beverages - Drinking and driving don't mix and neither does
drinking and playing. Impact is an alcohol free club. We
reserve the right to deny entry or to ask guests to leave if
they are suspected of drinking.
Smoking - Smoking
is allowed within designated areas only: the smoking room and
outside.
Vendors - The events coordinator can
recommend vendors but the president and/or vice president has final
approval. In the event the president and/or vice president isn't
available, the events coordinator has the right of approval. Vendors
should contact us at least two weeks in advance of the night they want
to vend. This will give us the opportunity to advertise that they
will be on the premises. Vendor pricing is $50 per day and the donation
of one item to the club. The rental fee includes 2 tables and
is for one vendor and one assistant. Additional assistants must
pay the door fee or group rates must be negotiated in advance and
approved by the president and/or vice president. Additional space
can be negotiated for an additional fee.
If you have any question regarding the policies please
feel free to
contact
us.
